The Residencia of La Carabela has automatic security entrance gates, this is a quiet and peaceful location. The villa is managed by an English couple who live locally, They will be able to help you with any information or resolve any problems you may have during your stay.

PRICES - Prices quoted are in UK pounds per week and are based on 2 people sharing. Add £16 per day per additional person. NOTE - THIS AN ADULTS ONLY VILLA, (ONLY 21 YEARS AND OVER ONLY PLEASE) We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to travel. DESCRIPTION - Casa Luisa is an exceptional 2 bedroom villa, with a large Sun Room/Dining Room. Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a holiday to remember. For added comfort all of the bed linen and towels are Egyptian cotton. Both bedrooms have meshed covered shutters so that doors and windows can be left open at night. High vaulted ceilings in the lounge and master bedroom with stunning marble tiled floors throughout. A fully fitted modern kitchen has everything you would expect in your own home. French doors lead from the lounge to the large south facing terrace where you will find the electrically heated swimming pool. The garden is enclosed by high privacy walls. Free WiFi is installed. All BBC & ITV channels plus sky movies and sports with Catch Up TV delivered via the Internet.

LOUNGE - Two settees - TV - CD/DVD player and a Sound Bar which can play your own music via Bluetooth directly from your mobile phone or tablet - Selection of books, CDs and DVDs - French doors lead outside.

BEDROOM ONE - En suite which has wash basin, toilet and bath with shower over - king size bed and - fitted wardrobes - hair dryer- fan - french doors leading onto the patio area.

BEDROOM TWO - Twin single beds - fitted wardrobes - hair dryer - fan.

BATHROOM - Wash basin - toilet - walk in shower - safe.

SUN ROOM/DINING ROOM - Large dining table - leather sofa - sliding doors that leading to terrace and barbecue.

OUTSIDE - Private electrically heated (to 29 degrees) swimming pool 8M x 4M - high privacy walls - solar pool cover which helps to warm the swimming pool - pool is serviced twice a week to ensure that the water is always in peak condition. The terrace has 3 outside lights plus several garden lights - terrace has a large pergola extending across the lounge and sun room - wind break that can be lowered - sunbeds - car parking space.

UTILITY ROOM - Washing machine - iron & ironing board - clothes dryer - cupboard stocked with washing up liquid, dishcloths, clothes washing liquid etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Check in time 3pm and checkout is 10am - welcome hamper on arrival - fan heaters - bed linen included - pool/beach towels provided - towels, tea towels and bed linen changed weekly - This is a non smoking villa.

NEARBY - 5 minutes walk away you will find - a selection of shops, restaurants and a bakery where you can get freshly baked bread and pastry's. The 'Lighthouse Bar Cafe' serves home cooked British fayre, such as a full English breakfast, there are several other restaurants serving Italian, Spanish and International food. There are two mini markets with all your essentials and UK papers.
The rugged coastline is 10 minutes walk from the villa, this is an ideal spot to see the Atlantic waves crash in when it's windy and view spectacular sunsets. The nearest beach, Playa Flamingo, is about 3.5 kms away. Playa Blanca has three beaches, a small one right on the centre sea front with the other two (Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorado) a short distance away. A little way out of Playa Blanca there are the six beautiful Papagayo beaches which are 15 minutes drive from the villa. There is plenty of opportunity for safe swimming and snorkelling. Diving and water sports are also possible.

TRAVEL - Arrecife airport is 35 minutes drive from Casa Luisa, we will send you instructions telling you how to get to the villa. The use of a hire car is recommended as there is so much to see on Lanzarote and the roads are excellent to drive on. We would recommend hiring a car from the airport and can suggest a car hire company if you wish. For travel into Playa Blanca, which is 5km away, you can catch the local bus or use a taxi which will cost €5-7.
